Shipping was delayed due to weather conditions.

Thought I would be getting what was pictured. Instead got a pizza and a tiny cheese cake. My little boy cried.

I had ordered a hearts haped pie and cheescake on 2/11 for delivery 2/14. it never made it. I called in and spoke to an agent to whom I apologize and do not know his name, but he helped me out trmendously. I was well aware that I would not be receiving my Valentine's Day gift and although upset, remained calm and the agent not only re=ordered me a pie and cheesecake but he also threw in pixies. This small gesture and his empathetic attitude will keep me from abandoning Lou Malnati's delivery. I live in CO and when I visited the Naeperville firehouse location I fell in love with the place. I am so glad that a mishap didn't ruin the experience salvaged by the agent I talked to. Thank you whomever you are.

I ordered cheesecake but they recd a cookie instead.
