    Items came damaged

    I have reached out to guest service several times over past few weeks and no response. These were supposed to be a gift that I had to find a replacement for at the last minute.

    Never received the caramels. I

    Never received the caramels. I ended up with mint chocolates Instead in my delivery box. Contacted customer service they said the caramels could not be reshipped. I ended up getting a refund for them.
