The Pizza had hard crust. it was thin, not deep dish.

We really love your Lou’s pizzas here in Florida. I order them and have them shipped. We used to get them all of the time when we lived in Chicago. I do have to give a negative comment on your ridiculous pricing though. 2 Deep Dish Pizzas at $76.99 come to $38.49 a pizza! That’s what they call “highway robbery”! 4 thin crust at $89.99 comes to $22.49 a pizza. Guess I’ll wait for a sale or I’ll order Rosati's.
The pizza arrived on time, well-packaged, and still frozen upon delivery to Dallas, TX. While the quality of the toppings was impressive—plentiful and generous—the pizzas themselves seemed smaller and less deep than what you’d get in person. Opinions in our household were mixed: my wife thought it was excellent, while my son and I found it solid but not outstanding. One pizza is sufficient for two people but falls short for three. Overall, the experience wasn’t as satisfying or filling as dining in person.
Better than the best, sorry I moved to Arkansas, use to live 1/2 mile from Lou's, you need to put a restaurant in mountain home Arkansas.
Best deep dish the crust is excellent! The thin crust holds it own too!
The body shop at the local Cleveland Chevy dealer went above and beyond on my SS Camaro. They were sent your pizzas as a thanks. I lived in Chicago for 22 years and worked at O'Hare, and always enjoyed your pies. They did too. Thanks.
Everything tastes so fresh
I was at a friends house and she pulled your pizza out of the freezer and stuck it in the oven. . I’ve never seen a crust like that before, but I can tell you it was the best I have ever had.. I’ve been ordering those pizzas ever since everybody I share it with loves it.
This is the best frozen pizza ever! The fact that it is a "frozen pizza," in addition to the relatively steep price point, may dissuade some folks from giving it a try. However, if one faithfully follows the baking instructions and prepared the pizza with care, they will not be disappointed! This is our third time ordering the Lou Malnati's frozen deep dish and it tastes pretty much damn near close to the real deal. In fact, the unsuspecting person would never know the difference. Highly recommended if you're really craving Lou's and you're willing to fork over the extra cash.
