With Eli's Sampler Cheesecake, you'll get a taste of Eli's fan favorites including these delicious flavors: Original Plain, Turtle, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Apple Streusel. Any flavor you choose is the perfect finish to a meal of Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza!

Lou Malnati’s Pizza Cooking Instructions

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 30 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan.
Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan.
Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack, or until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown.
Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza.
If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

I ordered a sampler cheesecake

I ordered a sampler cheesecake and a pizza. The gift my friend got was a brownie, not a cheesecake even after your office said you sent a regular cheesecake, because you ran out of the sampler. I paid to have this arrive by Dec24 it came the 28th. You did refund my $40 Not my best experience.

Customer Service Review

I tried to place two orders but was blocked when I tried to place the second one. I returned the next day and was able to place the second order but your website stating that shipping was free I was charged $30 for shipping! Then when I tried to follow up on both orders I repeatedly only got the date shipped but never the date delivered! So I had to pay $30 extra for the same order shipped to a different address and then could never get information on the orders being delivered.
