Each 16-oz. apple pancake feeds 2-3 people, but we have a feeling you won't want to share...

Apple Pancake
  1. Allow pancake to thaw at room temperature for 15-45 minutes, or for best results thaw pancake overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Pre-heat a conventional oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Remove pancake from packaging and then remove tamper proof film and lid but leave pancake in baking tin.
  4. Bake Apple Pancake in the tin for 35-45 minutes on middle rack until pancake rises and turns golden brown in the center (cooking time is shorter when using a convection even). Pancake is done when you insert a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.
  5. Let the pancake cool for 5 minutes, then place a platter over the top and carefully flip pancake onto platter using oven mitts.
Baking times may vary. (Do not microwave)

    Timing and responsiveness

    Product was to be delivered at the latest the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to my daughter who is by herself in another state. It came Friday and no one notified us of the delivery but we kept tracking. All the ice was gone. I understand this was a delivery issue but the company promotes the quality of delivery, it is on their website and impacts the quality of the product. Sent comments to the company on 11/27 and got an automated response to expect a response. It is now 12/5 and no response.

    Apple pancake came a thawed mess

    Not at all happy. The pizza was barely salvageable. No dry ice . Product NOT CHEAP

    Terrible!!!!!!!

    The Apple Villa pancake was delivered damaged to the point where it had to be thrown out!!!!!!I tried to tell someone but I couldn’t get through!!!! I wanted to get it replaced for Denise but couldn’t!!!!!! If you won’t send her a replacement then I will never buy anything from you ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Disappointed

    I ordered the apple pancake and sausage pizza combo for my Dad for father's day and it arrived quickly and they said it looked good. My mom followed the instructions to the T and said the results were not good. The pancake wasn't bad but the pizza crust was soggy and tough on the edges. Not a good representation of the Lou's product she knows and loves. She told me NEVER order that again.

    This was sent to my sister in Seattle, who is a Chicago native. Came just in time for us to enjoy on Wed night before Thanksgiving while making all the dishes for the next day. Big hit!

    OMG!! Son loved it
