With Eli's Sampler Cheesecake, you'll get a taste of Eli's fan favorites including these delicious flavors: Original Plain, Turtle, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Apple Streusel. Any flavor you choose is the perfect finish to a meal of Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza!

Lou Malnati’s Pizza Cooking Instructions

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 30 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan.
  • Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan.
  • Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack, or until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown.
  • Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza.
  • If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

    Have a Merry Malnati's Pizza, and a Happy Cheesecake too!

    I sent this package as a Christmas gift from Chicago to family in SoCal who miss the world's best pizza and cheesecake. They said they ate the cheesecake first, while the pizza was being warmed. That's the best review I ever heard.

    A Taste of Chicago Goes West

    I had Tastes of Chicago send a Chicago deep dish pizza to my sister in Nevada for her birthday. Like many westerners she had never had a Scout’s Honor Chicago deep dish pizza. She called me after she got and she and her family had eaten it. She said she really liked it and so did her family — she said they raved about it and she was going to order it for her family. Winning over deep dish pizza agnostics one family at a table me. :wink:

    Service and taste

    Talking to the rep over the phone . I provided what to say to the folks the gift was sent to but it was not included with the shipment. Also it did not include who pizza was from. The taste of the pizza was bland. Growing up in Lou’s pizza from the 70s something has changed on how it is made.
