With Eli's Sampler Cheesecake, you'll get a taste of Eli's fan favorites including these delicious flavors: Original Plain, Turtle, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Apple Streusel. Any flavor you choose is the perfect finish to a meal of Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza!

Lou Malnati’s Pizza Cooking Instructions

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 30 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan.
  • Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan.
  • Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack, or until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown.
  • Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza.
  • If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

    Perfect Pair

    What more could you ask for than a fantastic deep dish pizza and a yummy cheesecake. We enjoyed the pizza one night. A few days later we used the multi flavored cheesecake as a "birthday" cake for a friend. Everyone was able to choose their favorite flavor.

    Delivered it Early

    I had sworn I set the date for the presents to be delivered to my sister in Vermont around December 21st. But she called a few weeks ago and said it was delivered already. No sure what happened but was disappointed it was delivered so early.
