With Eli's Sampler Cheesecake, you'll get a taste of Eli's fan favorites including these delicious flavors: Original Plain, Turtle, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Apple Streusel. Any flavor you choose is the perfect finish to a meal of Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza!

Lou Malnati’s Pizza Cooking Instructions

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 30 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan.
Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan.
Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack, or until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown.
Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza.
If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Cheesecake was good. Pizza was dry. I suppose from being frozen. Will probably not order again..

Awesome!

The pizza tasted like I was there in Chicago, and the Cheesecake sample was incredible. Everyone fought over who would get what piece. Highly recommended!

36 Years Later

We ordered the pepperoni pizza and cheesecake sampler combo. Fabulous. I had been craving this pizza since 1986 when I was in Chicago for a math teacher conference. We ordered one at the restaurant but I couldn’t taste it due to a horrible cold. Finally, 36 years later, I got to taste it. Delish!
