Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas are made from the family's original recipe, perfected over five decades. Each pizza is handmade from scratch, baked, and quickly frozen to lock in its fresh taste. Not one, but two 9-inch pizzas, bringing the king of Chicago style pizza fresh to your table.

What's Included:

Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas, each serving 1-2 people, perfect for sharing.

Pizza Toppings Available: Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, Veggie (with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers), Spinach, and Crustless, with Gluten-Free options available. The package ships with dry ice to ensure freshness, which may dissipate in transit. Please handle with care—do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

Storage & Baking Instructions

Storage:
If still frozen or cool to the touch when delivered, immediately freeze and enjoy within 90 days!

Baking and Serving Your Pizza:
*For the ultimate Chicago style pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. (microwave not recommended)
Step 2: Remove lid and pizza from the pan. Wipe condensation from the pan, then lightly oil it.
Step 3: Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack.

Bake times: 25-30 minutes for cheese, 30-35 minutes for veggie, 35-40 minutes for sausage, pepperoni, or spinach.

Step 4: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Extra Baking Tips:
- Baking times may vary, suggested bake times are printed on your pizza's lid.
- Your Pizza is done when the cheese is fully melted and the crust is crisp and golden brown
- If your pizza is thawed, decrease your baking time 5 minutes

    Tiny delicious pizzas

    We ordered two pizzas ,one sausage and one pepperoni, and they were delicious. every bit as good as the ones we had at Lou's when we were in Chicago. the only problem is I would imagine most people don't read the exact diameter of the pizza and the picture certainly gives it the impression to be much bigger than it is we thought two pizzas would feed the entire family....no way, these are some tiny pizzas Merchant Response (2015-03-10T00:00:00.000Z): Thank you for your feedback! We do only ship out our 9 inch deep dish pizzas, which are the smalls in our restaurants. We find that this size remain in the best condition during shipping and also fit into most freezers.     It IS Chicago!!!

    Heart shaped cheese pizza was adorable and so yummy! Pepperoni pizza was amazing! That Crust was OMG! I had the both sent to Florida for Valentine's Day. My husband, who spent several years in Chicago, said They are the REAL deal!

    Throwback to Chicago

    My husband and I love our pizza. We order two pizza one being sausage and the other one pepperoni. We did think our sausage one was better. Having the pizza made us remember our days back in Chicago. We will definitely order the pizza again.

    Awful!!!

    Both were watery after cooking and had no flavor! Worst pizza I ever had! Would not buy again via mail order.

    An Amazing Taste of Home!

    Amazing as usual! We miss Lou's since moving to Colorado...so this is a nice reminder of home. Only suggestion would be to offer more of a selection for toppings and a bigger size.

    Love the pizza. Former long-time Chicago resident who can't get good pizza in Texas. Thanks to Lou Malnati's, I can still get it shipped to me. Tastes terrific too!
