Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas are made from the family's original recipe, perfected over five decades. Each pizza is handmade from scratch, baked, and quickly frozen to lock in its fresh taste. Not one, but two 9-inch pizzas, bringing the king of Chicago style pizza fresh to your table.

What's Included:

Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas, each serving 1-2 people, perfect for sharing.

Pizza Toppings Available: Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, Veggie (with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers), Spinach, and Crustless, with Gluten-Free options available. The package ships with dry ice to ensure freshness, which may dissipate in transit. Please handle with care—do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

Storage & Baking Instructions

Storage:
If still frozen or cool to the touch when delivered, immediately freeze and enjoy within 90 days!

Baking and Serving Your Pizza:
*For the ultimate Chicago style pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. (microwave not recommended)
Step 2: Remove lid and pizza from the pan. Wipe condensation from the pan, then lightly oil it.
Step 3: Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack.

Bake times: 25-30 minutes for cheese, 30-35 minutes for veggie, 35-40 minutes for sausage, pepperoni, or spinach.

Step 4: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Extra Baking Tips:
- Baking times may vary, suggested bake times are printed on your pizza's lid.
- Your Pizza is done when the cheese is fully melted and the crust is crisp and golden brown
- If your pizza is thawed, decrease your baking time 5 minutes

    Fantastic!

    My friend moved back home from Chicago a couple of years ago and I got him the two pizzas for his birthday. He said the taste was exactly like he remembered it and the standards lived up to Lou Malnatis name even through freezing and shipping. He preferred the pepperoni in store, but out of the two we had shipped he like the sausage better. Great idea and great execution for these products!

    College Kids have to eat Lou's

    My daughter craved pizza but being a New Yorker who had the opportunity to eat at Lou Manati's several times, I thought why not send her the best pizza imaginable. Now she's a New Yorker in college in Florida who's hooked on Lou's.. thanks for satisfying her cravings from a far!

    So awesome!

    My family went to Lou's a couple of years ago while visiting Chicago for our son's 8th birthday. My husband knew a local that told us about Lou's so we tried it and loved it. When we found out we could order it we were so excited. We forgot about it until I remembered and ordered it for my husbands birthday. He was pleasantly surprised when I cooked it up for his birthday. Tasted just like we were there. It was quick and easy to order. Will definitely do it again.

    Delivered to NYC, dIsappointed at first...

    I neglected to read that the pies were only 9 inches wide. They're so small it's a joke. However, it tastes exactly the way it did in the restaurant. Delicious! Honestly, they really should be 12 inches wide.
