Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas are made from the family's original recipe, perfected over five decades. Each pizza is handmade from scratch, baked, and quickly frozen to lock in its fresh taste. Not one, but two 9-inch pizzas, bringing the king of Chicago style pizza fresh to your table.

What's Included:

Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas, each serving 1-2 people, perfect for sharing.

Pizza Toppings Available: Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, Veggie (with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers), Spinach, and Crustless, with Gluten-Free options available. The package ships with dry ice to ensure freshness, which may dissipate in transit. Please handle with care—do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

Storage & Baking Instructions

Storage:
If still frozen or cool to the touch when delivered, immediately freeze and enjoy within 90 days!

Baking and Serving Your Pizza:
*For the ultimate Chicago style pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. (microwave not recommended)
Step 2: Remove lid and pizza from the pan. Wipe condensation from the pan, then lightly oil it.
Step 3: Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack.

Bake times: 25-30 minutes for cheese, 30-35 minutes for veggie, 35-40 minutes for sausage, pepperoni, or spinach.

Step 4: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Extra Baking Tips:
- Baking times may vary, suggested bake times are printed on your pizza's lid.
- Your Pizza is done when the cheese is fully melted and the crust is crisp and golden brown
- If your pizza is thawed, decrease your baking time 5 minutes

    Dish Dish Pizza

    2 round pizzas one pepperoni and one sausage. Not the same as we got in your restaurants in Chicago. Dough was not the same...thinner and not the same texture.

    Pizza For Father's Day

    While I didn't get this for myself, I got this for my girlfriend's dad (and mom) in Michigan. They've been to Chicago a couple of times and do love the deep dish pizza. They've also had Lou Malnati's pizza, and since it was my favourite go to pizza place, it only made logical sense that they received Lou Malnati's for Father's Day!They definitely enjoyed it when they got it!

    Almost as good as being back in Chicago!

    I wanted to believe it would be just as good as it is in Chicago. I admit, I was skeptical but I'm a believer now! They've managed to make the pizza taste just as cheesy and delicious with that incredibly crispy crust. Absolutely my favorite pizza and now I don't have to fly hours to enjoy it. Thanks!

    Malnati's comes to Albuquerque!

    I ordered two sausage pizzas for Father's Day to be delivered to Albuquerque, NM. It came next day and sat outside most if the day (it was quite warm) because I wasn't home to get it. The dry ice kept it frozen and fresh not a problem. We baked it a couple days later (even had a fun science project with the dry ice) and it came out beautifully. So delicious!! I highly recommend baking it from frozen as taking it out if the tin to wipe the bottom would have been messy if it was thawed. That piece if advice--wiping the tin under the pizza is brilliant. It came out crispy not soggy. Everyone loved it.
