Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas are made from the family's original recipe, perfected over five decades. Each pizza is handmade from scratch, baked, and quickly frozen to lock in its fresh taste. Not one, but two 9-inch pizzas, bringing the king of Chicago style pizza fresh to your table.

What's Included:

Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas, each serving 1-2 people, perfect for sharing.

Pizza Toppings Available: Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, Veggie (with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers), Spinach, and Crustless, with Gluten-Free options available. The package ships with dry ice to ensure freshness, which may dissipate in transit. Please handle with care—do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

Storage & Baking Instructions

Storage:
If still frozen or cool to the touch when delivered, immediately freeze and enjoy within 90 days!

Baking and Serving Your Pizza:
*For the ultimate Chicago style pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. (microwave not recommended)
Step 2: Remove lid and pizza from the pan. Wipe condensation from the pan, then lightly oil it.
Step 3: Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack.

Bake times: 25-30 minutes for cheese, 30-35 minutes for veggie, 35-40 minutes for sausage, pepperoni, or spinach.

Step 4: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Extra Baking Tips:
- Baking times may vary, suggested bake times are printed on your pizza's lid.
- Your Pizza is done when the cheese is fully melted and the crust is crisp and golden brown
- If your pizza is thawed, decrease your baking time 5 minutes

    Amazing

    I recently ordered one pepporoni and one sausage pizza and they were both amazing. It is nothing like being in Chicago, I love that city but its nice to have a slice of it in my home... mmmmmmmm good

    FATHER'S DAY DELLIVERY. How is Lou Malnati able to send the pizzas all the way to CALIFORNIA that are still ROCK HARD FROZEN and bake perfectly??? My husband inhaled 2 giant slices of the Pepperoni and Cheese and said he was full...but soon after polished that gigantic Carol Cookie. Obviously delicious! We are going to eat the cheese one this weekend. I am allergic to pork, so I had to endure the mouth watering smells coming from the oven. I hope my husband will get some of the pizza this weekend. :)

    Cheese Pizza

    Cheese Pizza was great. The dry ice was mostly gone but the pizza was still frozen. You need to watch the area you are sending to.

    Lou M Deep Dish Pizza

    We ordered 1 peperoni and 1 sausage pizza and it arrived in 2 days like the site says. The pizzas came out great with a nice flaky crust.

    Deep dish pizza

    Got two deep dish pizzas for my husband for his birthday. He loves regional food and always drools when he sees Lou Malnatti's on pizza TV shows. He really enjoyed the pizza. Came out good with the directions provided. Can't wait to have it fresh some day!
