Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas are made from the family's original recipe, perfected over five decades. Each pizza is handmade from scratch, baked, and quickly frozen to lock in its fresh taste. Not one, but two 9-inch pizzas, bringing the king of Chicago style pizza fresh to your table.

What's Included:

Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas, each serving 1-2 people, perfect for sharing.

Pizza Toppings Available: Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, Veggie (with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers), Spinach, and Crustless, with Gluten-Free options available. The package ships with dry ice to ensure freshness, which may dissipate in transit. Please handle with care—do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

Storage & Baking Instructions

Storage:
If still frozen or cool to the touch when delivered, immediately freeze and enjoy within 90 days!

Baking and Serving Your Pizza:
*For the ultimate Chicago style pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. (microwave not recommended)
Step 2: Remove lid and pizza from the pan. Wipe condensation from the pan, then lightly oil it.
Step 3: Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack.

Bake times: 25-30 minutes for cheese, 30-35 minutes for veggie, 35-40 minutes for sausage, pepperoni, or spinach.

Step 4: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Extra Baking Tips:
- Baking times may vary, suggested bake times are printed on your pizza's lid.
- Your Pizza is done when the cheese is fully melted and the crust is crisp and golden brown
- If your pizza is thawed, decrease your baking time 5 minutes

    I hadn't lived until I had your pizza

    I think the title of your review says it all. But it also says nothing. I am not quite sure if I can put into words how delicious your pizza is. The person I am dating has (for weeks) gone on and on about how good your pizza is (he is a Chicago native. We're both living in NYC.) I thought to myself, Self, how good can this pizza actually be? I mean, it's just pizza. Well, believe me, I have verbally harassed myself in the mirror almost daily for ever having thought such a thing. Your pizza is truly a gift from the heaven's above. It has shifted my entire concept of the meaning of life and what it is to enjoy a pizza. This is not merely a hearty and delicious Italian meal that is consumed my millions of people on a daily basis. This is, excuse the pun, a slice of heaven. I feel like I have come one step closer to know what it truly means to be a man because I have had the honor and privilege of not only holding a beautiful triangular piece of heaven I held in my hand, but have also consumed that beautiful triangular piece of heaven.     A taste of home...

    I ordered these pizzas to share with a neighbor who is also from the Chicago area. They didn't know about Tastes of Chicago so we had to turn them on to it. I think we have them hooked ;)

    Gift for my husband

    This was a gift for my husband's birthday and he loved it! He grew up near Chicago and this is his favorite pizza. We can't find good deep dish here in NC, so this was a treat.

    Lou Malnati's pizza

    Mom went to visit my oldest brother in Chicago shortly after he moved about 3 years ago and while she was there they ordered a sausage pizza from Malnati's. Ever since then she insists that we include pizzas in her birthday and Morher's Day gifts.

    sausage pizzas, We moved out of the Chicago area 20 years ago and we so miss your pizza. I ordered for my mom for Mothers day and she that was wonderful. So much better than flowers or candy.
