Ordering for my family was simple and easy. I do it every year for my family. Only hassle was trying to modify my profile.

Best pizzas ever!

I am only giving 1 star for the pizza this year. The ordering process was just unacceptable. You obviously switched your ordering system and didn't work through it. I have in the paste enjoyed that my past addresses were retained and that I could reorder within minutes. Not so this year. The address selector kept putting Puerto Rico when I had to add each address this year rather than select from people I sent to before. I ended ordering via phone and the rep was good, but he said he had heard that this was not the only time he heard of this. I was given a discount but what should have taken 5-10 minutes consumed more than an hour of my time. The pizzas have been received and all is good with my loved ones. I will just say that you need to do a better job testing your changes before rolling them out.

Always the best! So glad there is a way I can still get it in Michigan!!

I love Lou's pizzas. I just wish they weren't so expensive since this is the only way I can get them.
