2 Lou Malnati's Deep Dish Pizzas

I’ve been thinking about Lou Malnati’s since I visited Chicago in June (6 months ago) and thought I wouldn’t be able to have it again until I went back. I’m so happy I was told about Tastes of Chicago recently! Pizza came quickly and tasted just like I remembered it. Will order more in the future!

Sent these as a housewarming gift and they were a big hit. Perfect for frazzled new homeowners to sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy their new home

Quick FYI: I had a hick-up with the 1st shipment/delivery to CA (very delayed delivery resulted in inedible, thawed vs frozen pizza), but the Company re-shipped another pizza order quickly (in good/frozen condition) to California. I was disappointed that I never found out that the pizzas were delivered to the house. I just got a message saying they were on the way. It would be nice to know if they were actually delivered.

I love Lou's and have ordered before, but by the time the order reached us, the pizzas were almost completely thawed and the peanut butter balls were inedible because the box was soaked with water and residual pizza sauce. It looked like just a poor packing job more than anything else. Really disappointing unfortunately.

I ordered cheese and got sausage which is issue as I'm vegetarian- took 3 phone calls and 3 emails before I finally got a person. Happy they replaced with cheese which was okay- but not as good as our usual deep dish Papa Del- crust not as soft.

They did not deliver on date chosen at checkout. It was a birthday gift, so we were very disappointed.
