I ordered cheese and got sausage which is issue as I'm vegetarian- took 3 phone calls and 3 emails before I finally got a person. Happy they replaced with cheese which was okay- but not as good as our usual deep dish Papa Del- crust not as soft.
They did not deliver on date chosen at checkout. It was a birthday gift, so we were very disappointed.

While on Chicago, this was my husband's favorite place to get deep dish pizza! We could not believe that we could have it shipped to us and that it tastes amazing! Will definitely be ordering again!
This was a gift.The box was damaged and there wasn't any dry ice. Luckily the pizzas were still frozen. Only 1 cookie arrived instead of 4. I sent this info to the company but, noone has replied to my message.
And I don’t have to drive to Chicago to get it
We love these pizzas also the cheesecake. The delivery service works great as well. The only downside is that the food from Taste of Chicago is a bit pricey but the joy in sending to friends and relatives is often worthwhile.
