The pizzas were great but we had issues with the delivery from Fed Ex. The first time the pizzas sat on a truck for two extra days so the dry ice was gone and they had to be thrown away and reordered. The second time they did come within two days. They were a gift for our friends and they loved the pizzas.
Ordered these for my son in college (in TX) and his roommates. They loved it!
Shipped on Monday and held by UPS and not delivered until Friday in the south Florida heat. Box was rancid.
Not happy when you put a delivery date on your calendar of December 16 why you would send it out immediately with our checking if that’s ok cause it wasn’t.
I received pizzas thawed and asked to have them replaced customer service has ignored me.
