2 Lou Malnati's Deep Dish Pizzas

The pizzas were delivered on time in great condition and tasted great!!

When intook of the top to cookThe pizza was broken into several pieces . I still decided to cook. It was basically not edible. Had a few bites of the sausage and cheese but the crust was not edible.

We ordered pizza from Lou Malnati's & it was delicious!!! Very reliable shipping service!

I emailed this 11 days ago and no response, but there is time to ask me for a review... I would give zero stars if I could. Our company has used your services before but this was my first experience and I will most likely urge everyone here to NOT use your services again. I wanted to order a couple pizza’s for a clients birthday and when I originally went online to order there was no option for shipping nor did it give any timeframe on shipping. I called and was told if I ordered the pizza that day (Wed 11/9) our client would receive it on Fri 11/11. Friday came and I called to get a tracking number, I was told that “I” chose a later shipping date when I placed the order and it wasn’t scheduled for delivery until Fri 11/18. The person I spoke with was not that friendly but told me they could probably get the pizzas to our client by Wed 11/16 and I said OK. After I got off the phone I was bothered by the fact that I had supposedly chosen a specific date during ordering and went back to mimic an order, as I recalled there were NO options for shipping. I called back and spoke with someone who was very helpful over the phone and told me we were just in time to get one shipped out to arrive the following day and that she would throw in at least one birthday cookie for the trouble. She couldn’t give me a tracking number until after it shipped so I called back later to get a tracking number and was told you don’t receive the tracking numbers until later in the evening. Monday came and the client let us know first thing that she never received anything. When I called back, yet again, I was told nothing was sent out, we had missed the cutoff. This time I was told it would be shipped out to arrive on Wed 11/16 and was refunded the full amount for the trouble. The pizzas finally arrived on Thu 11/17 and there was no cookie included for the client. This was completely embarrassing with our client, we told her several times to expect shipment and nothing came, we also told her there would be something extra in the box for her and there was nothing.

Sent to my bro for his B day in Minn. As we are both former Chicagoans he was thrilled.

Pizzas came thaw out , ordered on 11/16 got delivered on 11/25 Been trying to call many times , nobody has called me back

Arrived ahead of schedule and was very easy to bake. Would order again!

Simply the best

I'm not used to deep dish pizza but it was very good
