Unfortunately Hurricane Ian hit.Delivered 6 days late.Dry Ice gone. Not edible. Same thing Happened in 2017 with an order of 6 pizza’s. I’d say I’ve had pizza ship 5 times. 2 times out the money.

I Lived in Milwaukee for 3 years. Fell in complete love with Chicago-style pizza (particularly yours)! It is SO WONDERFUL that whenever I have a hunkering, I can place an order and have it at doorstep (in Pittsburgh!!) in 2 days. Thank you, Lou Malnati's!!
I was highly disappointed in the pizzas that was shipped to my house. The crust, to be exact, was generic, bland and hard to eat. I could've went to Walmart if I wanted basic frozen pizza...instead of spending 80 bucks on 2 pizzas that had NO flavor. I was anticipating the same awesome pizza I had at the actual location. What I received was totally inedible. Hyped up the pizza to my friends, only to be embarrassed. Won't be ordering again. Waste of money.
