Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas are made from the family's original recipe, perfected over five decades. Each pizza is handmade from scratch, baked, and quickly frozen to lock in its fresh taste. Not one, but two 9-inch pizzas, bringing the king of Chicago style pizza fresh to your table.

What's Included:

Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas, each serving 1-2 people, perfect for sharing.

Pizza Toppings Available: Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, Veggie (with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers), Spinach, and Crustless, with Gluten-Free options available. The package ships with dry ice to ensure freshness, which may dissipate in transit. Please handle with care—do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

Storage & Baking Instructions

Storage:
If still frozen or cool to the touch when delivered, immediately freeze and enjoy within 90 days!

Baking and Serving Your Pizza:
*For the ultimate Chicago style pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. (microwave not recommended)
Step 2: Remove lid and pizza from the pan. Wipe condensation from the pan, then lightly oil it.
Step 3: Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack.

Bake times: 25-30 minutes for cheese, 30-35 minutes for veggie, 35-40 minutes for sausage, pepperoni, or spinach.

Step 4: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Extra Baking Tips:
- Baking times may vary, suggested bake times are printed on your pizza's lid.
- Your Pizza is done when the cheese is fully melted and the crust is crisp and golden brown
- If your pizza is thawed, decrease your baking time 5 minutes

    I sent this as a birthday gift for a friend in Florida. During their last visit to my home in Indiana I served them Lou Malnati's pizza and has become their favorite. The best gift ever.

    Perfection!

    Best pizza on earth! Moved away from Chicago 20+ years ago but still enjoy Lou Malnati’s pizza. Arrived packed in dry ice in a styrofoam cooler.

    Disappointed!

    The cardboard box was wet, the dry ice was totally gone, the metal pizza containers were crushed on one side. On opening the containers the toppings had slipped to one side. The pizzas had a strange after taste. Definitely not up to your standards. Probably won’t order again. Thanks

    When I lived in Missouri

    When I lived in Missouri I would have Lou Malnati’s delivered in my girlfriend and I would eat it and she loved it. It was her birthday and Labor Day and I thought I would send her To Lou Malnati’s pizza. She absolutely loved it, thank you so much

    Chicago to California

    I sent pizzas to my brother/sister-in-law in California following her brain surgery. We grew up in Northbrook and had many happy family meals at the Lincolnwood location. The pizzas arrived unrefrigerated, so you graciously replaced them and added another pizza and cheesecake. They finally arrived (almost 2 weeks after my initial order) in time for a family get-well celebration. Thanks for making it right.
