I have ordered several times previously and pizzas arrived in good condition. This time delivery was delayed and pizzas were spoiled and had to be thrown out. I have made several attempts to contact Lou Malnatis to request a refund or possibly a replacement, but they have failed to respond to me. Am very disappointed in their lack of customer service.
I received my order of two pizzas completely defrosted and liquified . A bucket of food poisoning waiting to happen.
