2 Lou Malnati's Deep Dish Pizzas

I had previously ordered pizzas last year with no issues, so I had every bit of faith I would have no issues this time around. When I placed my order, the website stated the pizzas would arrive by 7/1/22. They did not. On 7/2/22, I attempted to call customer service but couldn’t wait on hold indefinitely, so I sent an email. I never got a reply. On 7/6/22, I got tracking. I emailed again asking why I had not received a reply and why they had not been delivered as promised. As of 7/20/22, I still have not received a reply. This was a time sensitive shipment. I am in management for customer care for Crate and Barrel, so I understand that you may be overwhelmed with calls, but to not receive a reply 18 days later is extremely poor service. I won’t be ordering again.

Very disappointed in the sausage pizza. Very pricey and barely a step above a frozen pizza in the supermarket

Delicious but crust a little to hard

need more cheese and would buy alot more if cheaper

These were ordered for my brother, he lives in Oklahoma. No Lou Malnati's by him and he loves your pizzas. There was a problem with his order when it was delivered, he called Lou Malnati's customer service. They sent a new order within a week and the order got to him intact. That's great service!

I had requested a specific date, Tuesday July 12th when someone would be home to receive delivery, as it was an option on the purchase page to select your delivery day. BUT it was delivered the Thursday before. It was meant to be a SURPRISE birthday gift BUT that too was ruined when the recipient received a text of the earlier delivery day and what was being delivered. :(Most of the dry ice was melted after siting outside in 80+ degrees for a few hours before anyone could take it in. Center of pizzas were somewhat thawed.
