Just splurged on 2 pizzas -- one sausage, one pepperoni -- and the Lezza chocolate cake. I was a little concerned because UPS delivers quite late in our neighborhood -- as in, often 7 or 8 p.m. -- but they delivered the box around 3:30 p.m., which was perfect timing for dinner that night! (Everything was still frozen solid, which was great to see.) We had the sausage pizza that first night (yesterday), intending to leave the pepperoni for a couple of weeks from now. HA! We had that tonight. Yeah, pizza two nights in a row, but they were both REALLY delicious (everything -- the crust, the sauce, the meat, the cheese -- YUM!) and perfectly cooked in our oven. We each had a sliver of cake both nights (I had mine with a bit of vanilla ice cream) -- that is really enough because the cake is very rich & chocolatey. I think I'll put half of it in the freezer to save for later. Next time, I think we'll just order 4 or 6 pizzas -- as good as the cake is, it was too expensive for what it is, but with the larger pizza orders, the pizzas become more affordable. We'll be back for sure! :)

pizza was real thin
this is not the Lous I remember. They pizza was very thin because even though the crust was great, the toppings were chintzy.

Worst Pizza I've Had
My husband and I travel to Chicago once a year and always look forward to the food. Since we couldn't travel last year due to COVID, we ordered a frozen deep-dish pizza to celebrate Valentine's Day. We have never had Lou Malnati's, but had a gift card and were excited to try a new place. When we received the box, all of the dry ice had melted and leaked, leaving the pizzas barely cold and the box soaked. Since they were shrinkwrapped we still kept them and just put them into the freezer. When we decided to eat, we followed the cooking instructions to a T. The pizza had ZERO flavor - not even a hint of salt. This was basically nothing more than a blob of cheese. Even though we ordered pepperoni, there was barely any on the pizza and there was so little sauce it barely covered the top. The crust had zero flavor. I've never been more disappointed, and that's coming from someone who loves all the extra cheese in a deep-dish pizza. We are so disappointed we don't even want to cook the second one. I'm glad we wasted a gift card on this order rather than our own money or I'd be asking for a refund. Have no desire to ever order from here again.

Great pizza rip off price
Food is great I should have paid more attention to the description two 9 pizzas for $66. Seems like price gouging. I wouldn't order again.

Best pizza
Born and raised outside of Chicago, its really hard to find authentic deep dish pizza in flagstaff. Lou Malnati's pizza is the best

I'm very familiar with Lou Malnati's Pizzas. I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered to a wonderful young woman and her family who took it upon herself to find 2 Covid-19 vaccination appointments for myself and one of my friends, who are both in our 80's. With a lot of hunting around she managed to obtain the appointments for us. She also volunteered to drive us there and back home. This exceptional young woman than had to return home which took her another 30 minutes. I thought of thanking her with Lou's pizzas for a family dinner. She was so happy to receive them.

Very disappointing
I remember ordering years ago. It was exceptional. Shipping this time very good. I baked the pizza as directed. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. The sausage was a huge disgusting patty that would not cook. I am so disappointed. The crust is so hard I can barely bite through it. The pepperoni and sausage are still cold. Very very very disappointing. Especially how much this cost

So disappointing
The pizza's came in the expected timeframe, but were horrible. Followed the cooking instructions but due to the pizza having literally a frizbee sized chunk of sausage on it it simply wouldn't cook.
