Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas are made from the family's original recipe, perfected over five decades. Each pizza is handmade from scratch, baked, and quickly frozen to lock in its fresh taste. Not one, but two 9-inch pizzas, bringing the king of Chicago style pizza fresh to your table.

What's Included:

Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's frozen deep-dish pizzas, each serving 1-2 people, perfect for sharing.

Pizza Toppings Available: Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, Veggie (with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers), Spinach, and Crustless, with Gluten-Free options available. The package ships with dry ice to ensure freshness, which may dissipate in transit. Please handle with care—do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

*There is a $2 upcharge per gluten free deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's gluten free deep dish pizzas are tested and confirmed to be gluten free, but processed in a facility that uses wheat. Crust is made from a blend of rice flour, potato starch, pea fiber, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum (may contain almond and coconut). Crust contains egg.

Storage & Baking Instructions

Storage:
If still frozen or cool to the touch when delivered, immediately freeze and enjoy within 90 days!

Baking and Serving Your Pizza:
*For the ultimate Chicago style pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. (microwave not recommended)
Step 2: Remove lid and pizza from the pan. Wipe condensation from the pan, then lightly oil it.
Step 3: Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack.

Bake times: 25-30 minutes for cheese, 30-35 minutes for veggie, 35-40 minutes for sausage, pepperoni, or spinach.

Step 4: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Extra Baking Tips:
- Baking times may vary, suggested bake times are printed on your pizza's lid.
- Your Pizza is done when the cheese is fully melted and the crust is crisp and golden brown
- If your pizza is thawed, decrease your baking time 5 minutes

    Taste just like we were back in Chicago but the pizza a little smaller than what I remember the portion to be but we enjoyed it a lot!

    the sauce has a good flavor. Cheese is thick but good. Crust is AMAZING. I would order this just for the crust. Deep dish but crust is not soft at all. One of the best I've had. I live in Jersey and will definitely order again. Little pricey but worth it.

    Close to Perfect

    Awesome taste. Follow directions and comes out perfect. I just wish they offered extra cheese and extra sauce. It needs more sauce. What they offer is close to heaven. Yum

    The best pizza EVER! Bar none.

    Bar none, Lou Malnati's is the best pizza I have ever had. I have traveled extensively (even to Europe) and nothing beats the quality and taste. I'll warn you - one bite of a Lou Malnati's pizza and any other pizza you have after that will disappoint. The taste is amazing! Fresh and bursts with flavor. Packaging and delivery is Johnny On The Spot. Will reorder! I have ordered numerous times in the past.

    Not the aame

    I'm. a former 50+ year resident of IL, I moved away 8 years ago. I always loved the butter crust deep dish pizza. A Lous pizza set the standard for me and I have compared all pizza to yours. I received the gift of Lou's pies yesterday, baked one today and was so disappointed. I had to wonder if the pizzas you ship are butter crust. The crust on mine was definitely not butter crust.
