I love, love, love the Italian Beef Sandwichs. I have had no problem with how they have been packaged and no leaky bags for me, everything have come frozen which I cook right away or store in my freezer. We have imitation Italian Beef sandwichs here in Arkansas which do not compare to the Portillo's Italian Beef Kit that I will continue to order. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you.
Why did you switch to the mini slider buns? You need to offer the option of the regular old style buns or the sliders.
The bag of gravy leaked all over the fridge.
The last time I ordered the Italian Beef, the gravey was on a plastic bag. It always came in a Tub. When I opened the box , the gravey leaked all over the box. Lost most of graveyl Can you please go back to putting the Gravey in thr Tub. Thank you
I’ve been ordering for years. Didn’t come with instructions. Didn’t get a get a hat. Also the plastic juice bag leaked in my fridge. Sad face. No longer have the plastic tub which is better than the bagged juice.
