It came 2 days late. I live in Texas, when I received it all the Packing Ice had melted days ago. Probably because is was sitting in a hot storage facility! I don’t think I should say anymore. I was dissatisfied and disappointed!.
I always order from portillo’s. I’m from Chicago and now reside in Ohio.
For some reason this order for Italian Beef sandwiches was in transit much longer than it should have been. It was a gift to thank someone and when the package arrived the dry ice was completely gone and use of the contents was very questionable. I advised them to throw it all away and a second shipment was expressed to recipient. Very bad first impression for this person we were trying to thank.
