  • 1 lb Rope of Mild Italian Sausage
  • 1 lb Rope of Hot Italian Sausage
  • 8 Italian Rolls
  • 6 oz of Mild Giardiniera
  • 6 oz of Hot Giardiniera
Preparation Instructions
  1. Thaw frozen product in a refrigerator prior to cooking.
  2. Internal temperature of cooked sausage must reach a minimum temperature of 165 degrees.
Grill Cooking Instructions:
  • Prepare grill to a medium-low heat.
  • Grill covered for 15-20 minutes and rotate sausages occasionally until cooked thoroughly.
Stovetop Cooking Instructions:
  1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add thawed. sausage and turn occasionally until brown
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, add ½ cup water, cover and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes to reach minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees.

    The Worst package I ever

    The Worst package I ever received from Taste of Chicago. I already gave my complaint to Natalie in Customer Service. I’m waiting for a replacement OR a Refund on Both of these items. Someone can pick up this package; it’s still sitting in my freezer.

    Lost in shipment!!!

    My order 41679 included the addition of TC2001 Nottoli Italian Sausage. When I asked about the missing order, I was told it was lost in shipment and I have not heard anything since. This has been at least two weeks ago, please help!! LEE

    Just like homemade!

    Ordered a couple of times, and now ordering again. This Italian Sausage tastes the closest to the home made sausage that Mamma, and Papa made. Excellent! Five stars!!
