Dish out a heaping helping of authentic Chicago flavor with this Vienna Italian beef kit, packed with everything you need to create an authentic Chicago-style Italian beef sandwich.

Each VIenna Beef Italian beef kit is packed with:

Stove top heating instructions
  1. Place entire contents of gravy bucket in large sauce pan.
  2. Heat until it reaches 180°.DO NOT BOIL. This takes about 20 minutes.
  3. Open beef pack and separate slices. This creates a more flavorful and tender sandwich.
  4. Add enough slices for 2-3 sandwiches at a time and heat for about 1 minute. Add beef in small increments as needed.
  5. Take temperature of gravy while heating beef. The temperature should stay between 165° and 180° for best results.
French Bread:
  • Place rolls on cookie pan 2" apart and bake at 450° for 5 minutes.
Microwave heating instructions
  1. Place entire contents of gravy bucket in microwave safe bowl and heat for 5 minutes. This includes any solids or spices.
  2. Stir contents and then heat for another 4 minutes while separating the beef slices. The temperature should be 180°. DO NOT BOIL.
  3. Take bowl out of microwave and add enough beef for 2-3 sandwiches and stir in for about a minute. Take temperature as you add beef.
  4. If the temperature falls below 165° remove beef, return to microwave and reheat for 2 minutes.
    5. Food Safety Caution: The beef and gravy in this package must be at 40° or colder upon receiving it.

    Italian Beef Kit

    I was very disappointed when my Bradenton me a picture of what was sent to him. For a price of 86,00 I could have gone to Jewel and purchased the same thing for 25.00! If I would have known it was going to be presented like that I would never have sent it to him. I was disappointed and embarrassed! I ordered Lou’s pizzas before and was not disappointed but this was crazy. You have lost a good customer! I have many out of town friends and family who would love to get these care packages!

    Question about gray

    I'm wondering why they don't put the gravy in the court containers anymore they're just in a bag. Plus the gravy seems a lot more spicier but still love my beef sandwiches from Chicago

    Vienna Italian Beef

    The beef is delicious and will probably purchase more in the future. However, I'm still waiting for my Italian sausage TC2001 on my original order 41679. I received an e-mail telling me it had been lost in shipment and have not heard anything since!!!

    Can't get a great Chicago style Italian beef in Key Largo and Houston

    Originally from Chicago. I spend my time between my home in Houston and Key Largo, Florida. I can't find that Chicago style Italian beef anywhere.It's well worth ordering from Taste of Chicago because that's exactly what you get! I've had Lou's pizza, the Chicago Dog kit and the Vienna Italian beef....it's the real deal! It's like having Chicago right in your home. Love it!

    Beef kit

    Rolls were so stale I had to run to the grocery store to get more. I grew up in Chicago and bragged about Chicago beef. I live in Salt Lake now, with the price and shipping, very disappointed. After bragging up Chicago beef.

    What a treat!

    This was a real treat. We were not able to get up to Chicago this summer due to the pandemic, so the authentic Italian Beef kit brought it down to us. The cooking instructions kept us on track to making great sandwiches. The only thing missing was the lakefront breeze!
