Wildfire Filet Mignon Sliders, Steakhouse Chili, Cornbread & 2 Lou's Pizzas
- Two 9-inch Lou Malnati's deep dish pizzas
- Six 2-oz. Filet Mignon Sliders
- Two each of parmesan, horseradish and mushroom crusts
- Six slider buns
- 32-oz. Steakhouse Chili
- 20-oz. Cornbread
Thaw filet mignon in refrigerator overnight. Brush with melted butter or olive and season with salt and black pepper. Grill for 2 minutes. Turn filet over and add crust. Continue grilling for another 2 minutes.
Thaw filet mignon in refrigerator overnight. Brush with melted butter or olive and season with salt and black pepper. Place under a hot broiler for 2 minutes. Turn filet over and broil for 1 minute. Add crust, and broil for one additional minute.
Place bag of chili in a pot of boiling water. Heat for 12 - 15 minutes. Cut top of bag and serve in bowls.
Remove lid. Warm in 350° oven for 12 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
